Pollack Eye Care works with most popular insurance plans. For your convenience, we will handle the billing process with your insurance provider on your behalf. However, we are unable to determine the specific details of your policy coverage. Since your insurance agreement and benefits are established directly between you and your carrier, we strongly advise contacting them prior to your procedure. Any applicable co-pays or deductibles will be your responsibility.

We gladly accept cash, check, or credit card payments. At Pollack Eye Care, you will receive a straightforward and comprehensive invoice encompassing all the services provided. Additionally, you can expect separate bills from your surgeon and anesthesiologist.
