Dr. Hinds brings to Pollack Eye Care a wealth of experience. She comes from a professional background of personal, hands-on evaluation, examination and treatment of all types of eye patients. This experience includes pediatric patients (including those with special needs), low vision evaluation, glaucoma, macular degeneration and diabetic eye care disease management, binocular vision treatment, dry eye disease, and cataracts. In addition, she has extensive experience performing and interpreting tests on the wide array of state-of-the-art equipment available at Pollack Eye Care.

 

In addition to working in a solo office which she transformed into a thriving medical eye care practice, Dr. Hinds’ past experience includes working within the VA system, working at a school for the blind and visually impaired,  providing eye care at a community health center, and providing eye screenings and exams based out of a mobile eye clinic.

 

Dr. Hinds provides hands-on, thorough ocular examinations resulting in personalized treatment plans for optimal results and maximum patient satisfaction. She lives at home with her husband and two young children. Dr. Hinds has a bubbly personality and infectious laugh that will endear her to our patients at Pollack Eye Care.
